• Details of Estimated Waste Collection target
• An ERP Plan

Estimated budget for EPR and related enterprises to generate consumer awareness

Details of proposed awareness programmes

Details for compliance to Reduction of Hazardous substances (RoHS) (if applicable)

• Self declaration on Reduction of Hazardous substances
• Copies of agreement with collection Centers
• Copies of agreement with dismantlers or recyclers
• Copies of contract with Treatment storage and Disposal facility (TSDF)
• A Copy of Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) license or grant (if applicable)
• Copy of permission from relevant Department or Ministry for selling their product
• A copy of Agreement with Producers Responsibility Organization (PRO)
