Application:-

An online application can be made by the following members of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment:

• Manufacturer
• Producer
• Dismantler
• Recycler
• Refurbisher

This application should to be made at the web portals of:

• Central pollution Control Board (CPCB)
• State Pollution Control Board

It is also important to submit hard copies of Form-I with requisite documents. An attachment of soft copy of Form-I and documents is also considered valid. It is advised that the applicant checks all of the documents carefully before filing.

Application for Verification

State Pollution Control Board or Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) can verify and inspect the specified material/info within a span of twenty five days of receipt of application.

Pursuing and Grant of Authorization

The grant for extended producers responsibility authorization in Form no 1(AA) is decided by Central or State Pollution Control Board on the basis of verification of provided document and complete satisfaction for the extended producers responsibility plan. The grant shall be given anytime within a span of 120 days from the receipt of application.

Once granted, the authorization for Extended Producers Responsibility authorization be valid for a span of 5 years.
